We set out to create, a brownie where each bite was the "coveted corner piece" offering enough chew, goo, and chocolaty fudgy love in each mouthful that they truly stood out from the rest and when warmed up they transformed again into a totally new taste & texture sensation!

12 Brooklyn Brownies come in each box, you can have 8 topped & 4 plain or have all 12 topped. There is around 1 kilo of brownies in each Mix & Match box... these ain't no diet brownies ๐Ÿ˜‹

Unfortunately we do not offer smaller boxes, we believe everyone should be stuffed full of #BBC ๐Ÿ˜

We have had to stop offering this option. Orders are first come first serve... so get to ordering quick!!

Thats amazing!! Please remember our brownies can take up to 7 - 10 business days to dispatch so please keep this in mind when ordering.

The best thing about our brownies is that on the side roughly 7 - 10 days like most fresh baked goods. In the fridge they last around 10 - 14 days, in the freezer up to 2 - 3 months. So toss them in the freezer and pull out a freezer friend once a day for dessert!

As a nut allergy sufferer as well we feel you, and it is possible just choose the custom box option.. don't worry we got you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

ALL OUR BROWNIES CONTAIN MILK, EGGS, GLUTEN, SOYA AND THERE MAY BE TRACES OF NUTS TOO AS OUR KITCHEN IS NOT NUT FREE!

Currently we do not offer these options. As we are so focused on taste & texture and this is what makes our brownies stand out from the rest. When we have tried to make an alternative option they never taste the same.

Just write it in the 'Special notes/comments' section at checkout. Please keep it short & sweet ๐Ÿ˜

From order to dispatch we like to give it 7 - 10 business days. These are fresh baked urban artisan brownies.... not mass produced๐Ÿ’ฉ

We do not guarantee delivery dates, and here’s some of the reasons why:

Incorrect addresses (yep we know ๐Ÿค—)

You, or the recipient may not be in to the receive the package - package will need to be signed for unless you have notified DPD.

Our courier: whilst they’re on the whole great, they may in rare instances have issues (for example adverse weather conditions, a blown tire, or even a Brooklyn Brownie burglar there are a ton of them about... ) and this may cause a delay in the courier getting your brownies to you.

We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in England, Wales & the majority of Scotland. However, our couriers charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Islands and Highlands as well as Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.

Unfortunately it is not possible to choose or request delivery date and any requests made at the time of order are not seen as it is an automated process. We dispatch orders as soon as we can. We would always recommend you to order earlier rather than later - it's much better to receive an early birthday present than a late one for example.

A resident brownie is one of our 7 core flavors and they are always around. Limited editions come and go, they cost a bit more due to the lavish toppings, but they are well worth it.

Our brownies, awesome as they are, are perishable items and unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@BrooklynBrownieCo.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.

Please note that we usually use DHL as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen. However, we will do our best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.
